Based in New York, for a decade I have been combining the Science of Nutrition applied to the culinary art, nutritional coaching to health coaching, food education to practice in the kitchen combined with health. I am the creator of the H4Y™ (Health for you) method in which I support – with a coded path – those who find it difficult to translate in the kitchen preventive and therapeutic indications related to nutrition. I create personalized culinary paths that lead to a real sustainable food culture and the awareness that the foods we bring to the table can prevent diseases and improve health and life expectancy. My method urges to shy away from the stereotypes of diet, to embrace a lifestyle made of a healthy and correct diet combined with the choice of foods, preparation, carefully cared for taste, dishes and not least, physical fitness.

Board Certified Health Coach, Food Educator, podcaster (A Coach in Cooking), keynote speaker, I hold workshops and conferences in the United States and Italy and organize seminars on Mediterranean cuisine and how to create real wellness paths, combining academic lectures with cooking classes to show that you can feel good and fit without giving up the pleasures of the table.
